What does obra/superpowers do?

Superpowers is a development method for coding agents, built from composable skills and a few starting instructions that make the agent use them. Before any code, the agent asks what you are trying to do, shows the spec back in chunks short enough to read, and writes an implementation plan once you sign it off. It then works through the plan with subagents, inspecting and reviewing each task, and leans on red/green TDD and YAGNI throughout. The skills trigger on their own.

Its default branch holds 15 SKILL.md files and a hooks file.
